These terms apply when you start a trial or buy a paid plan from Idetta. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Idetta is offered through a paid subscription that renews monthly, after an introductory trial. The current price, currency, what is included and any limits are shown to you before you pay, and may be described in more detail on our pricing page. Prices include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.
2.1 New users may start a 3-day trial. The terms of the trial, including the price that applies after it, are shown before you start it. 2.2 Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid monthly subscription, and the first charge is made when the trial ends. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends to be safe, because app stores and payment providers may process cancellations at different times. 2.3 A trial can be used once per person. We may block repeated trial sign-ups.
3.1 After the trial, the subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. 3.2 Each renewal is charged at the price shown when you subscribed, unless we told you of a change as described in section 6.
You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription, renewals, and any extras you order. If a payment fails, we may retry it, pause premium access, or cancel the subscription after we have notified you. Please keep your payment details current. If you buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing is handled by them, and their payment terms also apply.
You can cancel at any time:
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does NOT cancel a subscription; you must cancel as described above.
We may change prices, features or limits. We will notify you in advance of a price increase that affects you, by email or in the app. If you do not accept the change, cancel before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new price. Changes do not apply to a period you have already paid for.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription, or your trial, before it renews or converts to a paid plan. Charges made because a subscription or trial was not cancelled in time are not refundable, except as set out in our Refund Policy or where the law requires otherwise.
